    Dear Mariana and Family
My deepest condolences for the sudden and unexpected passing of your beloved husband – Peter.
Peter would call me every morning for a chat – and it wasn’t always about work. He wanted to know about how my family was, his work colleagues, football, world news and events, his caravan, Monaro, upcoming holiday, RDO and his beloved kitty.
I held Peter in very high regard and he was more than just a work colleague – he was a true friend.
He even sent me an sms on Sunday afternoon letting me know that he was going to hospital and would not be at work for a few days – ending the message with look after yourself mate.
Such a warm, caring and kind hearted soul – Rest in Peace Peter – Love you Mate.

Still can’t get our heads around the fact that we won’t see you again. No more teasing and joking with the restaurant staff when we’re out for dinner, no more dancing drunk under the disco lights in your caravan, no more pranks that only you could start…so many memories, so much laughter, so much fun. Life is forever changed, but you will always be a part of it, always.

Marianna, our deepest condolences and love go out to you now and always.

Pete, i dont remember exactly when i met you but i do know i will never forget you. One of those individuals that just embraced life , always smiling and welcoming to anyone , up to any task no matter how big or small nothing was too hard – true testament to your nature.
The last time i saw you was at christmas after a brief hiatus but it truly was like i saw you and marianna just yesterday.

Austin powers will never be the same, camping not as humorous , doubles table tennis as inviting ,eggnog not as tasty or Christmas lights as bright.

You werent just a friend you are family to us Upstons.

We all promise to love and care for Marianna now you have gone but if i can ask one thing just make sure the fire is going for when we all get there too.

    Love you mate.
